Blog No. 42: Strep Throat Day 1

Suxors.

Woke up at like 2 in the morning with the chills and my body temperature that of the surface of the sun. Took a 45 minute cold shower that seemed to work, but the fever sped up again. Then I got a large headache on top of my head and a scratchy throat.

And I was supposed to get my chemistry test back today! Now I have to make up a stupid lab...

Hate chemistry...

Well I'm glad I felt strong enough to move around at least to the computer. I did not change out of my pajamas during the trip to the urgent care. Then, when my mom went to get the prescriptions, I pretty much tore my pants off and fell back asleep with a cold towel over my eyes.

What-To-Do-To-Ensure-I'm-Better-Enough-For-Tomorrow To Do List:

1. Don't get any sicker tonight.
2. Take my pills.
3. Sleep.

Hopefully I'll get some good rest and be able to make up the lab between 8 and 11 tomorrow. Might miss choir, but no one would want to hear me sing in the condition I'm in! XD
