Girls Night Out---The Judds
Blog No. 29: No More Short Posts
So I got this impression that the Italian quiz and the biology test were going to be hard.
Italian was pretty much a breeze after she spent the first portion of the period reviewing like crazy. That helped a bunch!
Then my Biology teacher was all preparing us for the test, saying that she was known for her uber hard tests. When I got there, I got there a little late. But even with that, I was pretty much the first one out, and I hardly studied at all. There was a question or two that were funky, but everything was self explanatory.
You see, after Taka and Carol left, I got down to studying. But then Link came and started talking philosophy with me. I couldn't help but be distracted somewhat, what with exploring the topic of freedom and what not. He was talking about how someone had this notion about free will being connected with the idea of evil. Then it ran on a couple of tangents really. It ended up around God and Socrates, like how these conversations with Link usually end up. Long story short, I didn't study too much, so I hope that the confidence of my answers hold, because if I get an "A" on this test, then I won't need to buy the Biology book, which will be $150 I won't have to scrounge up. *smiles*
I was not at all annoyed at Link's conversation, for I do not mind the conversations that make me use my brain and someone who actually looks me in the eye to listen to what I was saying. I was annoyed today by my conversation with Bianca, the yellow-blonde clarinet player. She kept rambling on and on about her bands and Skywalker, how she's high on methane because she drives here from Stockton and how she's not liked by some of the flautists. It wasn't so much the complaining, because I'm sure I complain a lot too, but it was a lot of talking within the hour I was going to study for my Italian. Very much one-sided too, because I was trying to interject and she kept cutting me off.
And I didn't get to finish my signature sandwich... NO ONE takes time away from my turkey sandwich. *harrumph*
Yep. Currently texting Dustin on his new phone. I'm trying to convince him to call the Queen of England, but he's not budging. Ah well~
